Responsibilities Design and decorate cakes according to customer specifications and company standards. Prepare cake batter, frostings, and fillings with precision and creativity. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure food safety standards are met. Collaborate with team members to fulfill catering orders and special requests. Stay updated on current cake decorating trends and techniques to enhance skills. Assist in inventory management of baking supplies and ingredients. Participate in training new staff on cake decorating techniques as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in cake decorating with a strong portfolio of previous work. Solid culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques. Familiarity with food handling practices and kitchen safety protocols. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Creativity and artistic flair for designing unique cake decorations.
