Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Observe and maintain company's allergen, sanitation, and Safe Quality Food standards. 2. Follow precise formula guidelines. This includes adherence to proper weights in kilograms for dough preparation and mixing. 3. Wash, clean and sanitize in accordance with company policies and procedures. 4. Follow pre-operational procedures. 5. Maintain accurate records. 6. Develop product and ingredient knowledge. 7. Learn different positions if you would like to, and have fun! Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position: Scooping and sifting ingredients involves repetitive grasping and hand/held arm motions while standing/walking the majority of the shift. Lifting up to 50 lb. bags (occasionally) Sieve of ingredients occasionally May assist in product development. Pay rate is commensurate with experience. Benefits for part-time and full-time.
