Job Summary:

Will lead others by demonstrating the company Mission, Vision, Values and Service Priorities. Will maintain a high level of customer service while safely and efficiently helping to manage daily operations within the bakery department. Will produce the finest baked goods for our customers, while following the QA standards. Must maintain a neat, clean and visually appealing department and be willing to train, coach and counsel associates. Must positively handle customer issues and requests and perform other tasks as required in an efficient and safe manner, within Company policy. Job Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Comply with ShopRite Purpose, Vision, Mission, Values and Service Priorities Provide excellent customer service, ability to uphold all company standards. Work as an excellent team member to maintain a high level of company standards and ethics. Adhere to all Federal, State and Local regulations as they pertain to the floral operation Maintain communication within the Department and the Company Comply with all store rules, company policies, safety requirements, security standards and all local and federal health and civil code regulations. Essential Functions of the job include but are not limited to the following: Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret and understand the English Language. Ability to perform basic math skills Ability to stand/walk for duration of shift Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift 25 lbs., and occasionally lift 50 lbs. Ability to work in varying temperatures Ability to work with a wide variety of fresh, dried and/or processed products, spices and powdered substances without negative allergic consequences.
