Duties Skillfully decorate cookies using various techniques such as piping, icing, and edible embellishments to achieve visually appealing designs. Prepare cookie dough and icing in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards. Package decorated cookies carefully to preserve their appearance and freshness for retail display or customer orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including tools, decorating supplies, and food preparation areas. Assist in food production tasks such as baking cookies, portioning dough, and ensuring consistent product quality. Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Experience Prior experience in cookie decorating or pastry arts is highly preferred, especially with cookies or baked goods. Hands-on experience with food preparation, baking, and food industry standards is essential. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is required. Previous roles in catering, restaurant kitchens, or bakery environments will be advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
