All Roads Coffee & Baked Goods is a small, busy, 100% vegan bakery and coffee shop in Lake Hopatcong, NJ. We're looking for an experienced baker who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a small team where what you make actually matters. We make everything from scratch — cookies, bars, cakes, pies, pastries, seasonal specialties and more. Our products change throughout the year, so you're not going to be making the exact same thing every day. We're looking for someone who can eventually walk into the bakery, look at the production list, and get it done.

We'll teach you our recipes and techniques.

WHAT YOU'LL MAKE

Our bakery production includes: Large specialty cookies Chocolate chip and other classic cookies Stuffed cookies Brownies and dessert bars Cakes and cupcakes Pies and seasonal desserts Frostings, fillings and toppings Seasonal and specialty products Wholesale orders You'll be involved in real production baking — not just prep work.

THE SCHEDULE

We're flexible. Our bakery production generally runs 6:00 AM-1:00 PM , but we're willing to work with the right person on exact hours. We're open to discussing full-time or part-time schedules depending on availability and bakery needs. You must be available to work at least one weekend day — Saturday or Sunday. If you're looking for a job that works well with your schedule, let's talk. PAY $18-$25/hour depending on experience. We're willing to pay toward the top of the range for someone who has strong professional experience and can confidently handle production independently.

A LITTLE ABOUT US

All Roads Coffee & Baked Goods is an independent, 100% vegan coffee shop and bakery. We're small, we're hands-on, and we care a lot about what we put in the case. We aren't a giant commercial bakery where you'll spend your entire shift doing one repetitive task. We make creative products, develop seasonal flavors and have room for someone who wants to become an important part of the bakery.
