What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare a variety of baked goods including pies, cookies, pastries, cakes, and more using mixers, ovens, blenders, and other baking equipment Conduct quality checks on ingredients and final products to maintain food safety and excellence standards Interact with customers by answering questions, taking custom orders, processing payments, and delivering warm, friendly service Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and special orders Ensure all client orders are fulfilled correctly and delivered on time Clean and restock workstations, maintaining a safe, organized, and sanitary work environment Support the bakery team with additional tasks and duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent Formal baking education or training from a culinary school or bakery program is a plus Minimum of 3 years of hands-on baking experience in a professional setting Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and presentation for cakes, breads, pastries, and other specialty baked goods Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to consistency and quality Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Must be able to speak, read, and communicate clearly in English Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Work With Us?
