As a member of our growing team of bakers (the greatest team of all time) , you'll play a critical role in our kitchen(hopefully) , ensuring our in-house recipes are made accurately and up to the high standards we've laid in place (sometimes we change things on the fly!) . If you have a passion for baking, excellent culinary skills, talking to people (we are an open kitchen) , and a strong attention to detail(neat and clean) , we would love to hear from you. TASKS, there is nothing above anyone. This position is for someone who wants to learn, grow, but also be trained to learn to multi task and be a better chef. You must be able to carry / lift 50lbs at a time if need be, as most other bakeries. 2+ years of professional baking experience, preferably in a production or wholesale environment Prior experience as a Baker strongly preferred Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and demand-based baking Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end operations Excellent organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving small business environment Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain) A baker who is both craft-focused and operationally minded Someone who enjoys building systems, not just executing recipes A reliable leader who can flex hours and production based on demand A collaborative partner invested in the growth of ERIEEEE Pay
