We are looking for an innovative and dedicated individual to join our award winning bakery team and help us to create even more delicious treats. Previous experience in baking and (preferably) cake decorating is essential. The ideal candidate for this position will have eagerness to learn and a creative drive to produce beautiful and delicious confections as part of a collaborative team. Must have (or acquire within 2 weeks of being hired) a NM Food Handler Card. Duties for this position will include but may not be limited to: Baking recipes from scratch with precision and consistency. Decorating Cakes, Cupcakes, Cheesecakes, etc. to our standards. Maintaining a clean and organized work space. Cleaning bakery dishes in the early hours. •dishwasher arrives at 9am. Completing all bakery side work at the end of each shift. Collaborating on new ideas and flavors. Team player attitude is a must. We are looking forward to finding the right person to join our team!
