In this role, you will support the daily operations of our bakery by assisting with food preparation, baking, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality baked goods while ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Duties Assist in the preparation of various baked goods, including bread, donut, pastries Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in all products. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and bakery area. Handle food safely and adhere to all health and safety regulations. Package baked goods for display and sale, ensuring attractive presentation. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their selections and answering any questions they may have. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods. Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking supplies. Experience Previous experience in a bakery, baking donut Familiarity with food handling practices and kitchen equipment is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. A passion for baking and culinary arts is essential, along with a willingness to learn new techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
