Overview We are seeking a Counter Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing garment processing, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Duties Enter garments into the POS system while tagging each item accurately Set up and assist customers with their accounts and transactions Bag garments efficiently to ensure proper handling and presentation Conduct quality control checks on finished garments to meet standards Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and safe at all times According to cleaning labels, distinguish and separate clothing that needs to be laundered from dry cleaning items Place marked items into the correct bins (Dry cleaning, starch, no starch, wash) Provide friendly and professional customer service to all clients Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Prior customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Must be able to stand for duration of shift Must be able to lift 30lbs

Pay:

Up to $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
