Nothing Bundt Cakes of Carle Place is looking for an energetic and positive individual to join our frosting team. We are a fast paced quality driven bakery looking for someone with an artistic flair. If you enjoy paying close attention to details, and can work efficiently while following brand systems, you might be a great fit! As a froster, you will make our signature frosting and frost all of our delicious cakes according to NbC's standards. Training will be provided.

Shifts needed:

Tuesday, Friday and Saturday 1:30-6:15/6:30pm and Wednesday 8:15am-1:30pm. Occasional Sundays. Our hours of operation are 8:30am-6pm Monday and Tuesday, 8:30am-6:30pm Wednesday-Friday, 10am-6pm Saturday and 10-3 pm on Sunday. Please include cell number for text communications. Thank you. Frosting position includes (but is not limited to): Frosting various sizes of cakes according to specific standards using a piping bag Making large batches of frosting Reading and filling orders with 100% accuracy Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand throughout shift. Personal qualities include : integrity, able to learn quickly, follow directions, work well under pressure, work well with a team, have pride in work, flexible, able to multi-task, physical stamina, punctual, neat and organized.

Knowledge and Skills:

Can understand written and verbal directions, interpret instructional documents such as recipes, order tickets, operating procedures, and health and safety rules Has the ability to perform repetitious tasks that require precise and continuous movement of arms, wrists, hands and fingers Has the physical capacity to lift items of moderate to heavy weight (as much as 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time Is meticulous about using exact measurements, paying strict attention to timing and working on a fast paced schedule Is diligent, organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize workload and operate independently with minimal supervision

Pay:

$17.50 - $19.50 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
