Bakery Associate

The Dough Co. is looking for a dependable, hard-working Bakery Associate to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that includes assisting with baking, food preparation, packaging, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bakery. We are passionate about producing high-quality baked goods and creating a great experience for every customer.

Pay:

$16-18 per hour (based on experience)

Hours:

10-20 hours per week Responsibilities Assist with mixing and preparing bakery products Help bake and finish simple recipes according to established procedures Package and label products for sale Prepare ingredients and assist with daily production tasks Greet and assist customers at the front counter Process customer orders and answer questions about products Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain a sanitary workspace Help with opening, closing, and general bakery organization Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Ability to follow recipes and instructions Willingness to learn and take feedback Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Bakery, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Schedule & Availability 10-20 hours per week Flexible part-time schedule Availability for occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends preferred Additional hours may be available during busy seasons and special events What We're Looking For We care more about reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn than previous bakery experience.
