Duties Prepare and assemble baked goods, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards Assist customers with product selection, answer questions about baked items, and provide excellent customer service Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell bakery items to enhance sales opportunities while maintaining a positive shopping experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, display cases, and food handling areas in compliance with food safety regulations Support food preparation tasks such as slicing bread, packaging baked goods, etc Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is a plus Familiarity with Clover POS systems is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or boxes of baked goods Experience working in a bakery, café, grocery store, or retail environment is beneficial Join us to craft delicious baked goods while delivering memorable customer experiences!
