Bakers will measure, mix, cut, roll, press, proof, bake, fry, fill and frost as necessary to provide customers with a variety of visually appealing, appetizing, high-quality baked goods. Responsibilities:

Produce various baked goods by following set recipes and department standards Mix, measure, cut, roll, press, proof, bake, fry, fill and frost bakery products as necessary Maintain clean, safe and sanitary bakery area and equipment Stocking and rotation of all bakery products and supplies Utilize equipment, such as ovens, mixers, sheeters, fryers, scales, slicers and wrappers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Able to provide and receive constructive feedback Outgoing, friendly, neat and professional

Physical Requirements:

Requires standing, walking, bending, climbing throughout the entire workday The ability to lift, stack, and maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs Weekend and holiday work will be required; flexible hours

Education and Work Experience:
