Experienced Baker We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Akron. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods for our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Baker and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
• Ensure all products are made to company standards and recipes
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Train and mentor junior bakers
• Collaborate with the team to create new recipes and menu items

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a commercial kitchen setting
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
• Ability to read recipes accurately and follow instructions closely
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
