What you'll actually be doing Hand-crafting our layered doughnuts from dough to case, following the proprietary Parlor process Keeping the kitchen stocked, clean, and running smoothly

• making sure our glazes, toppings, and all inventory items are always ready to go Restocking the case throughout the day so our guests have plenty of delicious flavors to choose from Working fluidly across all areas of the operation, jumping between roles and supporting wherever the team needs it most Executing daily opening and closing checklists to ensure every shift runs consistently and to standard What we're looking for Brings a whatever it takes attitude to every shift•on your feet, moving with purpose, and willing to help Thrives in a fast paced environment and handles the busyness with a smile•someone who stays cool, focused, and finds a way to get it done no matter what A true team player with the grit, enthusiasm, and coachability to grow with us•someone who makes the people around them better just by showing up Nice to have, not required: prior food service, kitchen, or barista experience, and any background in customer service.
