We are looking for someone who enjoys working with food and wants to be part of a professional, fast-paced bakery environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, desserts, and bakery products Follow recipes and production instructions accurately Measure and prepare ingredients Assist with mixing, shaping, baking, decorating, and finishing baked goods Prepare products for daily sales and catering orders Maintain consistent quality, appearance, and portion sizes Organize and maintain bakery workstations Keep the bakery clean, organized, and sanitary Wash equipment, dishes, and utensils as needed Properly store ingredients and finished products Monitor inventory and communicate supply shortages Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Assist with packaging and preparing bakery orders Work efficiently as part of a team in a busy bakery environment Requirements Previous bakery, pastry, kitchen, or food preparation experience preferred Baking or pastry experience is a plus Basic knowledge of food preparation and sanitation Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Must be 18 years or older Food Handler Certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain one Schedule Part-time and full-time positions available Flexible scheduling Weekday and weekend availability preferred Join the Koriela Kitchen Team!
