Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for AM Mixers to join their team! You must be 18 or older to apply for this position. Employees will execute and understand recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, use icing, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers. Bakers will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, and perform other duties to ensure that customer needs are satisfied, and the bakery is well-stocked and operating smoothly. To be a successful Baker, an individual should be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction. They should be organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of baking techniques.

AM Mixer Job Responsibilities:

Manage the kitchen efficiently each day to keep an ongoing supply of fresh cookies available for purchase Oversee quality control Keep the store clean and tidy Understand and track reports and use them to track store metrics Motivate and coach employees to improve daily processes Resolve conflict or complaints from customers and employees Conduct inventory on ingredients Oversee catering orders and coordinator Help manage the schedule Keep up with posts/news/info from corporate on our internal app Work closely with the owner and manager as a team, to make the store a fantastic place to work

REQUIREMENTS

Prior restaurant/food management experience is required Will be required to obtain a ServSafe or food handler's certificate Superior customer service skills Must be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
