Join our bakery team and help create a friendly, welcoming experience for every customer. We are hiring a reliable, customer-focused Part-Time Bakery Associate to assist with day-to-day bakery operations, retail sales, and customer service. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced food service environment. Key Duties
- Provide friendly retail sales and customer service at the bakery counter.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and assist with customer questions.
- Package, label, price, and display bakery items accurately.
- Restock bakery cases and shelves while keeping displays neat and attractive.
- Monitor product freshness and help rotate items as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized bakery area and follow food safety guidelines.
- Assist with basic bakery support tasks as assigned. Qualifications
- Friendly, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Strong attention to detail for labeling, pricing, and orders.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy retail environment.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Previous retail, bakery, or food service experience is helpful but not required.
