About Us We are a family-owned farm bakery in Marysville, Ohio, creating fresh, scratch-made baked goods with a strong connection to our farm, our community, and the people we serve. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Baker to join our small team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in making quality baked goods and enjoys working in a friendly, family-oriented environment. The Position As a Baker, you will help prepare and produce a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, and other bakery items. You'll work closely with our team to ensure products are consistently made to our standards and are ready for our customers each day.

Schedule:

Approximately 20-30 hours per week. Some early mornings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak periods will be required. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, and other baked goods Follow recipes and production procedures accurately Measure, mix, proof, shape, bake, decorate, and finish products Maintain consistent quality, appearance, and portion sizes Keep work areas, equipment, and tools clean and organized Follow proper food-safety and sanitation procedures Assist with preparing ingredients and organizing daily production Package and label finished products Help maintain an efficient, organized bakery during busy periods Work cooperatively with other members of our small team Assist with other bakery duties as needed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable and dependable Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Passionate about baking and producing quality food Detail-oriented and organized Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks Willing to learn our recipes, techniques, and production methods Able to arrive on time for early-morning shifts Friendly, positive, and respectful toward coworkers and customers Experience Previous professional baking experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, a passion for baking, and a willingness to learn. Experience with scratch baking, bread production, pastry, decorating, or commercial bakery production is a plus.
