Job Description
```Duties```
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, wedding cakes and cookies
- Follow recipes and ensure that all products meet high quality standards
- Pastry/Cake/Fondant/Royal Icing Decorating Must Have
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Work with clients and help design custom cakes
- Need to be a people person and get along with others
- Reliable transportation is necessary
- Safe Serve Certification Food Handlers will be required in the first 90 days ```Skills```
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in a bakery or pastry shop
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail for precise measurements and decorating
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
- 3-4 Years of Professional Baking Experience Required
