We are a new bakery in Edmond. We are a women owned, women run small business. We have a passion for baking, coffee, and spreading love throughout the community here in Edmond. We are searching for a reliable and consistent attendance staff with a passion for customer service. Someone who will choose to be positive, joyful, and patient when they walk through our front doors. You will need to show up on time and ready to work for scheduled shifts.

The job will consist of:

making from scratch recipes daily, baking off all baked goods for the day, daily prep work for the week, decorating baked goods, cake decorating, maintaining a clean and functional work space, and all other tasks assigned. This person must be dependable during busy seasons, holidays, special events and high volume production days. Holiday week (never major holiday days) availability is required with specific holiday blackout dates listed in advance. Frequent call ins, tardiness or last minute availability changes may affect continued employment. We are looking for a person who is able to work independently with minimal supervision once trained. Someone who is comfortable working at a steady & productive pace in a fast paced kitchen environment. Someone who takes initiative and looks for the next task instead of asking. Able to stay productive during both busy and slow days.
