Operate the point-of-sale system while accurately handling cash, credit card, and mobile transactions. Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and promotions to assist guests and answer questions regarding dietary restrictions and food allergens. Prepare food items according to approved recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards. Follow production schedules, prep lists, and operational procedures to ensure product quality and availability throughout service. Maintain clean, stocked, and organized workstations, service areas, storage rooms, and dining areas. Practice and uphold all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and notify management of product shortages or equipment concerns. Assist with receiving, stocking, rotating, dating, and storing food and beverage products to ensure freshness and quality. Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations and ensure efficient service during peak travel periods. Maintain a positive attitude while adapting to changing business demands in a fast-paced airport environment.
