As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), you will play an important role in supporting providers, coordinating patient care, and creating a positive experience for patients in a collaborative family medicine setting. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional care.

Schedule:

Full-time clinic schedule, Monday through Friday, with hours determined by clinic needs. What You Can Expect From This Role Assist providers with in-office procedures, treatments, medications, and other clinical tasks within scope of practice. Room patients, obtain vital signs, collect health histories, document in the electronic medical record, and prepare patients for examinations and procedures. Support patient care through follow-up communication, care coordination, referrals, and patient education. Help manage clinic workflow while delivering exceptional customer service to patients and their families. Contribute to a welcoming, efficient clinic environment that supports both patients and team members. Build meaningful relationships with patients by supporting their ongoing healthcare needs across all stages of life. CMA Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Certifications Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross. Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following organizations: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA.
