Full Time Morning Baker

Then we may have the job for you! B's Bake Shoppe is seeking a full time employee for the position of Early Morning Baker. At B's we make everything in house and have a passion for good food and baked goods. We love our customers and regulars. We are a small and tight knit team that help each other and rely on each other.

The Role:

Early morning baker: 3am-11am. Mixing sourdoughs and other bread doughs, executing the morning bake, laminating and shaping croissants, and shaping sourdoughsThere is opportunity for growth within the position, hours, and our team

Pay:

$18-20/hour, DOE, plus tips

Our Ideal Team Member:

6 months+ of professional bread, pastry or baking experience. For the right candidate, we are willing to hire a baking and pastry student graduate. Experience working in the position is ideal although we are willing to teach the right personAble to multitask while maintaining qualityClean and organizedWillingness to learn and share skillsDedicated to producing the best product and customer experienceThrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in the quality of their workAble to convert recipes using basic math skillsAble to lift 50# and stand for long periods of timePunctual and reliable, including reliable transportation Comfortable working alone as well as being a team player who is willing to help in other areas as neededMust have, or obtain a current Oregon Food Handler's Card
