Now Hiring:

Baker/Prep [1254 N 3rd St Central Point, OR] [10-15hrs/week, $16.5/hr starting] This position will start at 5-10hrs/week and will advance into 10-15hrs/week come summer.

Baker Duties:

Review production list; mix and shape all scheduled doughs Manage fermentation, proofing, and oven bakes Prep fillings, toppings, and next-day component Cool, label, and organize finished item Restock essentials; clean and sanitize workstation Keep up with dishes and general house cleaning duties Note inventory issues or items needing attention You're someone who: Is 18+ years old Is a self starter and can work well independently Shows up on time, ready to work Loves to bake Moves with care and urgency Learns quickly and asks questions Brings kindness to the table What we offer: A supportive and understanding kitchen Sampling of new products Flexible hours depending on availability Opportunity to grow with a small business Experience is great, but attitude is everything.
