We have been featured on the Food Network, Today Show, USA Today, Food & Wine magazine and more. We are looking for a long-term team member in our cake decorating department for prep work and decorating with opportunities to grow in the position. If you possess the following, we want to talk to you! Our ideal baker and cake deco candidate has the following qualifications:

• An experienced baker, with a culinary degree or minimum of two years professional experience in a high-volume bakery
• Possess the ability to accurately scale out ingredients and follow the recipes
• Have knowledge of food allergens and how to prevent cross contamination
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Be prompt and reliable for each scheduled shift
• Clean and organized
• Fast worker who takes pride in their work and produces quality results
• Available to work a schedule that includes weekends and/or holidays
• Creative, energetic, friendly and outgoing
• Possess a customer service mindset, have a friendly attitude, and function as part of a small team
• Excellent multi-tasker
• Able to work well on your own or with team members Physical requirements and demands:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand on your feet for an entire shift.
• Valid driver's license and insurance for the occasional cake delivery and set up (no vehicle provided).
