Job Description
Production Baker Part-Time25 30 hours per week | After-hours & weekendsWe re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Bakery Production Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in consistency, and loves the process of creating delicious baked goods.
What You ll DoFollow recipes and production instructions closely and accuratelyPrepare large batches of cookies, muffins, scones, biscuits, and granola barsMeasure and mix ingredients with precisionMaintain consistent quality, portioning, and presentationKeep the production area clean, organized, and sanitaryManage your time effectively to complete production goalsWork independently with minimal supervisionWhat We re Looking ForPrevious baking or commercial kitchen experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes preciselyReliable, organized, and self-motivatedComfortable working autonomously and staying on taskFlexible availability for weekday evening and weekend shiftsAble to lift, stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods

SchedulePart-time:
