Job Description
Must collaborate and communicate with other associates to build a strong bakery team. Be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas. Prepare department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment, following recipes/instructions, baking, mixing, icing, wrapping, labeling and storing merchandise according to company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines. Provide service to customers, take orders, maintain presentable and adequately filled shelves. Be able to stand/walk for the duration of the shift and also bend/twist/reach/pull and lift approximately 25+lbs. More job details can be discussed in further detail upon request and job interview.
