Full-time Baker Job description: We are adding bakers to join our culinary team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and will be prepping and baking our delicious scratch made pies in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Candidates must possess a team spirit with a customer-focused attitude. Duties include, but not limited to:

• Read and follow a variety of our recipes and instructions accurately
• Weighing flour and other ingredients to prepare dough and crumbs for our scratch made pies
• Recommend recipes to renew our menu and attract more customers as well as proposing new ideas to improve effectiveness and efficiency
• Excellent time-management skills
• Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and pastry tools.
• Physical stamina to lift and move up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and bend while working in a hot kitchen environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and handling standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
• Ability to work effectively and focused in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.

We will instruct candidates on how to safely handle food items, follow recipes and monitor inventory of pies and ingredients. Weekends and holidays are mandatory. Hours of position are Wednesday thru Sunday 8 A.M. to 4 P.M.

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
