Job Description

Job Summary - Baker Reports to:

Bakery Manager Function:

To produce all bakery goods of the highest quality

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Work up and mix up products from recipes or prepared mixes Set ovens, bake product and monitor the baking process Operate and maintain all department equipment Determine quantities of ingredients needed to order Unload and verify deliveries Perform all functions of bakery clerk when necessary Constantly monitor temperatures in freezer and cooler areas Follow all company policies Perform other duties as directed Must be available early mornings / weekends

Physical Demands:
