As a Cookie Crew member, you will be involved in every step of the cookie-making process—from preparing dough and decorating cookies to packaging and ensuring top-quality presentation. Bring your culinary enthusiasm and attention to detail to help us craft irresistible treats that leave a lasting impression! Responsibilities Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & a scoop of ice cream Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery Desired skills & experience: At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role - preferred Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations Great communication, organizational and math skills Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays Legally eligible to work in the United States Skills Experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts is highly desirable Strong food handling knowledge with a focus on safety and sanitation practices Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and knives safely and effectively Excellent customer service skills when interacting with customers or team members Proven experience in food preparation within the food industry or restaurant settings Skilled in food industry standards related to catering, food safety, and kitchen operations Attention to detail in food presentation, packaging, and quality control Culinary experience including cooking, baking, or pastry work is preferred Good knife skills for shaping dough or decorating cookies efficiently Join us as part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating sweet moments!
