• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Assistant to be a part of our kitchen team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food production and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Duties:

• Assist with food production, including food preparation, and food presentation
• Complete all given tasks in a set time frame.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards, and that food safety and hygiene practices are followed
• Maintain a positive and productive working environment, and contribute to the overall success of the business

• Skills:

• Proven experience in a restaurant or food industry environment
• Experience with food preparation
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with baking and cake decorating (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
