Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and talented baker to join our dynamic culinary team! In this role, you will create beautiful, delicious baked goods, delivering artisanal products at a high-volume level. You will play a vital role in ensuring our offerings meet the highest standards of food safety, presentation, and taste. Working side by side with our culinary director, you will learn and execute signature recipes. Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of baked goods, including bagels, muffins, scones, cinnamon rolls, and artisan sourdough breads. Package finished products carefully to maintain freshness and presentation for retail or catering purposes Assist in food production processes by measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and managing baking schedules Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety standards Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and labeling of ingredients and finished products Support catering events by preparing desserts and baked items that meet client specifications Experience Proven experience in baking or pastry arts within a food production or restaurant setting Food safety (ServSafe) certification highly desirable Strong knowledge of food handling safety protocols and kitchen sanitation practices Experience with food preparation techniques such as mixing, baking, and cooking methods Ability to follow a production schedule, maintain order lists, and follow detailed instructions Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients or team members when needed Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
