The perfect candidate:

MUST HAVE

some morning and mid-day availability, AND at least 15-18 hours of availability per week (including some Fridays and Saturdays). Crumbl is closed on Sunday. (2) Is 18+ years old (however, younger applicants will be considered if they have weekday morning and mid-day availability) (3) Friendly and outgoing (4) Enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced environment (5) Works hard continuously and efficiently (6) Excels at friendly and courteous customer service (7) Learns quickly and can adapt to a busy work environment (8) Contributes to a positive, friendly, and team-centered workplace (9) Is capable standing for the entirety of the shift and periodically lifting 30-50 pounds.

Position Specific Requirements:

(1) Measuring/combining ingredients, using commercial mixers, large ovens and other kitchen equipment (if 18 or older); (2) Decorating and displaying finished Crumbl Cookies; (3) Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, and accepting orders/payment; (4) Communicating inventory, production levels and delivery orders to leadership; (5) Cleaning and restocking workstation to set up the next shift for success;
