Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Pastry Cook 2 to join our dynamic culinary team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to begin their pastry career in a high-volume, resort-style kitchen. You'll work alongside experienced pastry professionals to craft delicious baked goods, desserts, and confections that elevate our guest experience.
What You'll Do:
Assist in the preparation of a range of delicious pastries and desserts. Follow pastry culinary standards and recipes with precision. Operate kitchen equipment safely Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of pastry workstations and storage areas Properly store and label ingredients and finished products Support inventory control and daily prep lists Embrace learning opportunities and grow your culinary expertise. Collaborate with pastry and culinary team members to ensure timely production
