We are seeking a Baker who is enthusiastic about joining our team! The Baker must be willing to learn and try out new recipes, along with help the team experiment in creating delicious and unique new recipes. You will be working in a fast-paced, mass producing environment to deliver high-quality products to our customers. ## Duties

• Prepare and bake various types of cakes, pastries, and desserts
• Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes, toppings, etc.
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust recipes as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to fulfill customer orders promptly
• Clean and maintain baking tools, equipment, dishes and work areas ## Experience
• Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in the food industry
• Knowledge of baking techniques and the use of kitchen equipment
• Understanding of food safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
