Overnight Baker — Dunkin' About the Position We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Overnight Baker to join our Dunkin' team. In this role, you'll work overnight to prepare and bake donuts, pastries, and other baked goods so our store is ready for the morning rush. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to maintain high food-quality and cleanliness standards throughout the shift. Responsibilities Prepare and bake donuts, pastries, and other bakery products according to Dunkin' standards Follow recipes, preparation procedures, and food-safety guidelines Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality Prepare products in sufficient quantities for the morning business Decorate, glaze, fill, and finish bakery items as required Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bakery area Wash and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work surfaces Properly store ingredients and bakery products Restock supplies and communicate inventory needs Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures Work efficiently during overnight hours with limited supervision Assist with opening preparation when needed Qualifications Reliable and punctual with strong attendance Comfortable working overnight hours Able to work independently and stay organized Strong attention to detail Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Food-service or baking experience is preferred but not required Must be able to stand for extended periods and safely lift and move supplies as required What We Offer Overnight shift opportunities Flexible scheduling Training provided Team-oriented work environment Opportunities to learn and grow Employee benefits may be available depending on position and franchise Apply Today!
