This position will assist with daily bakery production, including preparing ingredients, mixing, baking, assembling, packaging, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

1+ year of baking experience (commercial kitchen work preferred) Willingness to learn and follow recipes and instructions Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM; weekends as needed Ability to lift 40+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and hardworking

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare ingredients and follow recipes accurately Assist with mixing, baking, assembling, and preparing baked goods Operate mixers, ovens, and other bakery equipment safely Assist bakers and decorators with daily production Package and prepare orders for pickup, display, and delivery Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen Wash dishes and clean equipment as needed Properly store and organize ingredients and finished products Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with deliveries and special event orders as needed Complete other bakery duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous baking, pastry, restaurant, or commercial kitchen experience preferred Ability to follow recipes and directions accurately Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys baking, working with a team, and wants to grow their skills in a professional bakery environment.
