Watch The Video Here Minimum 2 years of experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic with a construction equipment or equipment rental background required. Military experience is welcomed when it includes heavy equipment maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with diesel engines, electrical, hydraulic, Tier 4, and aftertreatment systems required. Experience repairing construction equipment, including generators, rollers, and earthmoving equipment. Must provide your own tools Basic computer skills for work orders, parts ordering, and service documentation. Ability to inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair equipment to manufacturer specifications. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, and a team-first mindset are essential.
