We're looking for a hands-on, people-first, results-driven Shift Lead to run the show at Crumbl. If you can balance business performance with an unforgettable customer experience, you might be our perfect match.
What You'll Do:
✨ Lead a Rockstar Team - Train and motivate crew members to deliver amazing service (and perfect cookies every time). ✨ Own the "3 C's" - Cookie Quality, Customer Service, and Cleanliness—non-negotiable standards for every shift. ✨ Keep Things Running Smoothly - Manage schedules, inventory, cost controls, and health/safety compliance. ✨ Be Hands-On - Spend most of your time on the floor, leading by example during the busiest hours.
What You Bring:
✔ 2+ years management experience (bakery, café, retail, QSR, or hospitality). ✔ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. ✔ Ability to thrive and hustle in a fast-paced, high-energy environment ✔ TX Food handlers
Certification Schedule:
Part-time (25 - 40hrs/week) including evenings and weekends.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$9.00 - $11.00 per hour
