As a Cake Decorator, you will play a crucial role in creating beautiful and delicious cakes for various occasions, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional artistry and presentation. Duties Design and decorate cakes according to customer specifications and preferences. Prepare and bake cakes, ensuring adherence to recipes and food safety standards. Utilize various decorating techniques, including piping, fondant application, and airbrushing. Collaborate with customers to understand their vision and provide recommendations on cake designs. Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional customer service during the event. Experience Proven experience in cake decorating within the culinary or food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
