About Us:

Nana Dot's Southern Sweets started as an online bakery known for our Southern desserts and has secured a store front in Mesquite, Texas! We deliver locally around the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and ship our treats nationwide. You'll also find us at many local farmers markets in the area. We're Hiring! We are looking for enthusiastic Associates to join our team in a hybrid role. This position involves baking with us from Wednesday to Friday and selling our products at local events and farmers markets/events on Saturdays and Sundays. If you are friendly, customer service-oriented, reliable, and eager to grow with a family-owned business, we'd love to hear from you! No prior experience is necessary, we'll provide all the training you need.

Pay:

$12/Hr without Baking Experience & $15/Hr w/ Professional Baking Experience Baking Responsibilities (Wednesday

• Friday): Mixing batter Baking cakes and pies Washing dishes Cleaning workstations and bakery areas as needed Unloading and loading supplies

Schedule:

9am

• 4pm Sales Responsibilities (Saturdays & Sundays): Handle in-store sales transactions and customer interactions Setting up and breaking down vendor booths Arranging products attractively Engaging with customers Describing products Processing sales transactions Cleaning the vendor booth as needed Unloading and loading supplies

Sales Schedule:

8am

• 12:30pm 9am
• 5pm 12pm
• 6pm (Schedules vary depending on location hours of operations and weekend events)

Qualifications:
