You will work in a dynamic kitchen environment, collaborating with fellow team members to prepare crafts for our hand crafted cakes that exceeds customer expectations. Duties As a Joy Creator, you spend the majority of your day helping Guests plan their special occasions and place their orders on the POS . Utilize proper food handling techniques and maintain cleanliness in the lobby at all times. The retail displays should always be clean and free of dust and debris. The retail shelves should always be full. When items are sold, locate and replace these items, maintaining an eye-catching display for our Guests.. Maintaining a clean Bakery throughout the day is vital and we only clean when Guests are not present in the Bakery. This could include sweeping the floors or spot-mopping, as needed, cleaning all glass surfaces (especially the case), dusting retail and retail fixtures, and sanitizing high-touch areas.. The Manager may also have you assist the Crafters.
