Morning Shifts:

8AM

•2PM and 11AM

•5PM shifts What You'll Do (Bake, Create, Repeat!) Mix and prep 12-14 batches of our iconic cookie dough each shift Make frostings, toppings, and fillings to perfection Use professional bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, etc.) Frost, top, and decorate cookies the Crumbl way Keep your station clean, stocked, and guest-ready Help customers when needed — with a smile Crush prep goals and maintain consistent quality We're Looking For… 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S. Reliable & on time (no-cookie-left-behind kind of energy) Able to work independently and stay focused Positive, coachable, and team-oriented attitude Experience is a bonus, but not required — we'll train you!
