2120 Pasadena Freeway Pasadena Texas 77506 Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and passionate Baker/Panadero to join our team. Responsibilities Mix, Roll, and fry fresh donuts, kolaches, pastries, and other baked goods. Follow recipes and daily production schedules to ensure products are prepared on time. Monitor and adjust oven temperatures as needed. Prepare, glaze, fill, and decorate donuts and pastries with attention to quality and presentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Help prepare and fulfill catering and large-volume orders. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist customers with questions and orders when needed. Maintain consistent quality, freshness, and appearance of all products. Qualifications & Skills Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred. Knowledge of food handling and food safety practices. Comfortable operating commercial kitchen and baking equipment. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to work morning shifts. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Customer service experience is a plus. Catering or commercial baking experience is a plus.
