Duties Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings following established recipes with precision and consistency Bake a wide range of baked goods such as bread, cookies, cakes, and pastries using commercial kitchen equipment Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, fondant, or other creative techniques to meet customer specifications Package baked items efficiently for retail display or catering orders while maintaining food safety standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including mixers, ovens, proofers, and slicing machines Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to food safety management practices and sanitation protocols Assist with food production for catering events or large-volume orders as needed Experience Proven pastry or baking experience in a high-volume production environment within the food industry Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations Skilled in cake decorating techniques and pastry preparation methods Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency across baked goods Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes as needed Excellent customer service skills to assist with special orders or inquiries when required Join us to craft delicious baked goods that bring joy to our customers!
