WHAT YOU OWN

RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce all baked goods and pastries to recipe spec — right weight, right temp, right look — every batch Manage churros production to hit daily volume goals without ever compromising quality Set up and fully break down the bakery station for each shift Monitor product freshness aggressively — nothing stale leaves this station, ever Follow all food safety and allergen labeling protocols strictly Label and date all items per FIFO standards without exception Coordinate with café staff on product availability, sell-through, and timing Keep Dulce Aroma looking beautiful — it is a display kitchen and guests are watching

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

Sending out anything that isn't fresh Eyeballing ingredients instead of weighing and measuring Leaving the bakery a mess for the next shift to deal with

Churros sell before they've sat for more than 10 minutes Zero customer complaints about freshness or quality on your production The Dulce Aroma case is fully stocked and visually stunning at opening The Chef features your pastries on the board
