In this role, you will support the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that all products are prepared and presented to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a cross-trained position with our Front of House roles including but not limited to cashier, barista, sandwich maker. Duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and serving areas. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.. Utilize basic math skills for recipe execution and problem-solving Experience Previous experience in bakery Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus. Work with urgency Able to work efficiently while alone Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is essential.
