About the RoleAt Paris Baguette, we believe joy is baked fresh every day. As a Baker, you are the engine of our caf - turning dough into golden croissants, fluffy donuts, breads, and more. With your precision, pace, and pride, you help create an experience that feels as good as it tastes.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves early mornings, clean kitchens, and the rhythm of high-volume bakery life.

Have Heart Bring care, effort, and focus to your craftSpread Joy Help deliver an uplifting experience to every guest with the product we serveNourish Community Be the heartbeat behind a caf people loveRise to the Occasion Own your station and raise the standardWhat You ll DoPrepare and bake all bread, pastries, donuts, and desserts to spec and on scheduleOperate ovens, dough conditioners, and fryers safely and efficientlyHandle prep tasks: scaling, shaping, topping, and finishing productMonitor bake times, temperatures, and product appearance for consistencyMaintain a clean, food-safe, and well-organized back-of-house stationRotate and stock ingredients, checking for quality and freshnessComplete production logs, waste tracking, and usage sheetsFlag equipment or supply issues to the General ManagerSupport the team with flexibility and urgency to meet daily goalsHelp train new bakers in recipes and methods as neededWhat You BringAt least 1 year of experience in bakery productionFamiliarity with baking techniques, recipe execution, and production timingKnowledge of food safety, food labeling, and sanitization practicesServSafe Food Handler s Certification (preferred)Confectionery or culinary background a plusAbility to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
